This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 8iths and the user ("Licensee") for the use of digital presets ("Presets").

1. Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Presets in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The license permits Licensee to use the Presets for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth herein.

2. Permitted Use: Licensee may use the Presets to edit and enhance videos and perform color corrections. Licensee may modify and adapt the Presets to suit their specific needs for personal or commercial projects.

3. Restrictions: Licensee shall not distribute, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Presets in any form, whether modified or unmodified. Licensee shall not claim ownership of the Presets or represent them as their own work.

4. Intellectual Property: The Presets are the intellectual property of Licensor and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Presets.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer: The Presets are provided "as is" without any warranty. Licensor does not guarantee that the Presets will be error-free or meet Licensee's specific requirements. Licensee assumes all risks associated with the use of the Presets.

6. Limitation of Liability: Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the Presets. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Licensee's use of the Presets.

7. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice for material breach. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease using the Presets and destroy any copies in their possession.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your jurisdiction].
